True net profit per package on Trendyol orders

OrderProfit is a Chrome extension that works on the order lists of partner.trendyol.com. For each package in the list, it reads the sale price, quantity, seller discount and VAT rate of the products from the page, reads the commission rate from the product data in your seller panel, and calculates the package's net profit.

Your only task is to enter the product cost per barcode and the shipping amount once. Costs are stored in your godsofsale.com account. You can bulk upload them via CSV, or import the costs you entered in the ProfitPulse extension with one click.

Net profit per package

In All Orders, New, Processing, In Transit, Delivered and other order lists, the net profit and margin of each package are shown next to it.

Page total

The total net profit of the orders currently visible in the list is shown at the top of the page at a glance.

Automatic commission

The commission rate is taken for each product from the product listing data in your own Trendyol seller panel; if the commission depends on the price range, the rate matching the sale price is used.

Automatic VAT rate

Each product's VAT rate (1%, 10%, 20%…) is taken from the order, and VAT due is calculated per product at the correct rate.

Seller discount included

If an order has a seller discount, profit is calculated on the actual sale amount after the discount.

Shipping estimated from volumetric weight

Shipping cost is estimated automatically from the package's actual volumetric weight (desi tariff can be edited in the panel).

One-time cost entry

You enter the product cost and shipping amount per barcode only once. They sync to your godsofsale.com account, can be bulk uploaded via CSV, or imported from ProfitPulse.

HOW IT WORKS?

Subscribe and Install

After subscribing to OrderProfit, download and install the extension from the Chrome Extension tab in your panel, then log in with your godsofsale.com account.

Enter Costs

Enter the product cost and shipping amount per barcode once. Bulk upload them via CSV, or import your ProfitPulse costs with one click.

Open Your Orders

Open the order list in the Trendyol seller panel; the net profit of each package and the page total appear automatically.

CALCULATION FORMULA (2026)

Net profit = Sale price − Commission − Shipping − Platform service fee (per package, default 13,19 ₺) − Packaging − Product cost − VAT due − Withholding tax (default 1%; 0 for Ltd/Corp.)

The sale price is the amount after the seller discount. Commission is calculated on the VAT-inclusive price, and VAT due is calculated at the product's own VAT rate after deducting the 20% VAT on services. Margin = net profit / sale price. The platform service fee, packaging and withholding tax can be changed in settings.

Coming soon to the Chrome Web Store; subscribers download the extension from the OrderProfit panel. Calculations are performed on Gods Of Sale servers. Which pages does OrderProfit work on?

It works on order lists in the Trendyol seller panel (All Orders, New, Processing, In Transit, Delivered and other order tabs); it shows the net profit of each package and the total of the orders on the page.

Where does it get the commission rate?

The commission rate is taken automatically for each product from the product listing data in your own Trendyol seller panel; if the commission depends on the price range, the rate matching the sale price is used. The product VAT rate is also automatic.

What do I need to enter?

Only the product cost per barcode and the shipping amount; you do this once. The platform service fee (default 13,19 ₺ per package), packaging and withholding tax rate can be changed in settings.

Where are my costs stored?

By default they are synced to your godsofsale.com account, so they are not lost if you reinstall the extension or switch computers. You can turn off sync, delete the server copy, and export your costs as CSV.

Are my Trendyol session and customer information safe?

Your Trendyol session key never leaves your browser. It is used in the browser only to read your own product data from Trendyol and is not sent to Gods Of Sale. Customer name, address and phone number are not read or sent.

What is the difference from ProfitPulse?

ProfitPulse performs product-level profitability analysis and, with its extension, shows profit while you set prices on commission pages. OrderProfit shows the actual profit per package on your incoming orders. It is a separate subscription; you can import the costs you entered in the ProfitPulse extension with one click.

Where do I install the Chrome extension?

After subscribing, download it from the Chrome Extension tab in the OrderProfit panel and follow the installation steps. It will also be available soon on the Chrome Web Store. To use it, you need an active OrderProfit subscription and a login to your godsofsale.com account.

Are you affiliated with Trendyol?

No. OrderProfit is an independent tool developed by Gods Of Sale. It is not affiliated with Trendyol and is not endorsed by Trendyol.

Limitations: what does it not cover?

Knowing what a tool cannot do matters as much as knowing what it does. Out of scope:

Shipping amount is an estimate; the actual invoice may differ depending on your contract.
The calculation is only as accurate as the cost data you enter. You enter the product cost and shipping amount yourself. Barcodes without a cost show no profit, and an incorrect cost produces an incorrect profit.
The current commission rate is used. The commission is taken from the product's current listing data; for orders placed under a past tariff period, the commission actually charged may differ slightly.
Advertising, returns and income/corporate tax are not included. The calculation covers sale, commission, shipping, platform service fee, packaging, product cost, VAT due and withholding tax items.
It is not accounting software. Tax filing, e-invoicing and official bookkeeping are out of scope. The profit shown is for operational decisions and does not replace the Trendyol settlement report.
Trendyol and Chrome only. The extension works in the Chrome (desktop) browser, on the order lists of the Trendyol seller panel.
