Supplier feed in, sales-ready catalog out

XML Manager parses your supplier's feed, works out what each field means and shows you the mapping. Supplier series names in product titles are replaced with the names you define. The same series gets the same name on every run, so no duplicate products are created on Trendyol.

On the visual side, the product's studio render is given to the AI as a source and converted into a real interior photo, while the product's shape, proportions, color and material are preserved. The same model also inspects the visual and counts the lids, drawers and shelves. It catches fields that are missing or wrong in the feed and presents them to you as a list of contradictions.

Your Own Series Names
The supplier's series name is replaced with the name you set and locked; it stays the same on every sync.
Catches Feed Errors
If the feed says "no lid" while the visual shows 3 lids, the mismatch is noticed. Contradictions go into the report, and you can notify the supplier.
Required Feature Mapping
Trendyol's category-based required fields are filled automatically. A product whose fields cannot be filled does not break the batch; it is reported separately.
Doesn't Resend What Hasn't Changed
Each product's fingerprint is stored. On a second run only changes are sent, and generated visuals come from the cache.

See the load that will be generated without sending anything; approve the title, category, brand and features, then transfer.

Connect Your Feed and Store
Enter the supplier XML address and your Trendyol API details in the panel; field mapping is extracted automatically.

Set Series Names
Give the supplier's series your own names and lock them. Changing the title of an approved product means re-approval, so this is done first.

Dry Run, Then Transfer
First see the result without sending anything. Once you approve, the products go to Trendyol with their visuals and the batch result is tracked.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is pricing calculated?
In tiers of 1,000 products. The base package is $1,000 for up to 1,000 products. As your catalog grows, volume discounts apply: 10% at 2,000 products, 15% at 3,000, 20% at 4,000, 25% at 5,000, and 30% at 6,000 and above. Example: 3,000 products on the base package is 3 tiers x $1,000 = $3,000, which is $2,550 with a 15% discount. The package you choose determines the number of AI visuals generated per product.
What does the monthly update cover?
Visual and description generation is done once. For the following year, your supplier's feed is scanned every month, and price and stock changes are reflected in your products on Trendyol. No additional fee is charged and no subscription is started.
What happens after purchase?
Your XML Manager account is opened automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. You don't need to create a separate password; use the "Go to panel" button on this page to enter directly from your godsofsale account.
Which marketplace does it transfer to?
Now the Trendyol Product V2 API is supported. Hepsiburada, Amazon, N11, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, and global marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, and Walmart are on our roadmap.
Does AI change the product?
No. The prompt requires keeping the product's shape, proportions, color and material; adding furniture that is not sold with the product to the scene is also prevented. The product the customer receives is the same as the one in the visual.
What happens if the supplier data is wrong?
Visual analysis reports the fields that conflict with the feed. If the feed contains a real value, it is left untouched; only fields that are empty or "NONE" are completed from the visual. This way, a model error cannot corrupt the entire catalog.
Does it send the same product a second time?
No. Each product's content fingerprint is stored; unchanged products are not sent again, and you are not charged again for visuals that have already been generated.

Limitations: what does it not cover?

A tool's limitations matter as much as what it does. XML Manager turns a supplier feed into a sales-ready catalog. Out of scope:

  • Currently Trendyol only. Publishing is done through the Trendyol Product V2 API; Hepsiburada, Amazon, N11, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, and global marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, and Walmart are on our roadmap.
  • It cannot guarantee the accuracy of supplier data. If the feed has missing or incorrect information, the system shows it in the error report; it does not make up the missing information.
  • AI does not change the product itself. The generated visual and text promote the product; they do not change its technical specifications.
  • It does not manage orders or stock. Order flow and stock tracking after the transfer are outside the scope of this tool.
