Which platforms does it support?

BulkLoad currently supports WooCommerce and Shopify. For marketplace images, you can use the image transfer feature of XML Bridge.

How many images can I upload?

There is no limit on the number of uploads during your license; catalogs with 10,000+ products are processed smoothly.

Does image quality drop?

No. Smart compression reduces file size while preserving image quality; your original files are also kept.

Are variant images supported?

Yes. Images for color, size, or model variants are matched automatically using a file naming convention.

Will my existing images be deleted?

No. BulkLoad does not delete existing images; it only adds them, or updates them if you approve.

What does support cover?

All updates and 24/7 email support are included for the duration of your license.

Limitations: what does it not cover?

Knowing what a tool cannot do is as important as knowing what it does. BulkLoad is an image upload tool. What falls outside its scope:

Only WooCommerce and Shopify. It does not upload directly to marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, or Amazon TR. To transfer from a supplier feed to Trendyol, XML Manager is used.
It only transfers images. Product data such as price, stock, title, or category is outside the scope of BulkLoad.
Matching depends on file naming. If images are not named by SKU or product name, automatic matching cannot be performed.
It does not generate images. If you don't have any images yet, you will need to create them first with RenderKit .
