Hepsiburada Integration

Gods Of Sale's job on the Hepsiburada side is monitoring. Hermes It measures the publicly visible selling price, category and search ranking, stock status, and campaign movements on Hepsiburada, hourly or daily depending on your subscription plan. Product transfer is out of scope: XML Manager works only with the Trendyol Product V2 API and does not send products to Hepsiburada.

What does Hermes measure on Hepsiburada?

Everything measured is data already visible on the storefront: the product's current selling price, discount status, position in category and search results, whether it is in stock, and campaign and badge changes. As these measurements repeat, a time series forms rather than individual snapshots; the real information is stored in that series.

The six features work the same way on the Hepsiburada side: Opportunity Product Hunter, Competitor Analytics, Trend Tracking, Instant Price Change Alerts, Category-Based Demand Forecasting and Marketplace Comparison Dashboard. The method for choosing competitors and reading them is Hepsiburada competitor analysis detailed in our article.

XML Manager does not transfer to Hepsiburada

This needs to be stated clearly: XML Manager transfers your supplier XML feed only through the Trendyol Product V2 API through. Opening products on Hepsiburada, updating catalogs, sending variants, or pulling orders is not done with this tool. Your product and order operations on the Hepsiburada side remain in your existing panel or with the integrator you use.

The limit on the image side is just as clear: BulkLoad performs bulk image uploads only for WooCommerce and Shopify, not for marketplaces. If you want to generate product descriptions, Descript Bot, for image processing, RenderKit delivers the file to you; you do the uploading.

Reading two marketplaces together

If you sell the same product on both Trendyol and Hepsiburada, the most useful information lies in the difference: the price range, ranking behavior, and campaign calendar for the same product often do not match across the two marketplaces. Marketplace Comparison Dashboard keeps this difference in a single view and makes it possible to discuss how aggressive you should be on each channel.

The difference alone does not decide anything. Because commission rates and shipping structures vary from channel to channel, the same list price leaves a different margin on each channel. So read the comparison ProfitPulse with and profit margin calculator or with the appropriate tool; marketplace commissions the article explains where this difference comes from.

How to do it step by step?

1. Choose the products you truly compete on Hepsiburada

Track not the whole catalog, but the products that carry most of the channel's revenue and have sensitive margins.

2. Limit the competitor list to sellers who sell to the same buyers

Movements by sellers in a different price segment or targeting different buyers do not change your decision; they only fill the alert feed.

3. Set the scan frequency based on the category's pace

Hourly scanning gives a more accurate reading for categories where prices move during the day; daily scanning does so for stable categories.

4. Set the alert threshold at a deviation you can act on

Getting notifications for small fluctuations makes alerts worthless. The threshold should be large enough to justify reviewing your price.

5. Calculate margin separately for each channel

Do not evaluate the Hepsiburada price using the Trendyol margin. Calculate net profit after commission and shipping separately for each channel.

6. Keep your existing workflow for product transfer

Continue opening and updating products on Hepsiburada in your own panel or with your integrator; Gods Of Sale does not enter this workflow.

Common mistakes

1. Copying the Trendyol price strategy exactly to Hepsiburada. Commission, shipping, and competitive structures differ; the same list price leaves a different margin on the two channels.

2. Cutting prices reflexively when ranking drops. Ranking also moves with factors other than price, such as title, images, seller rating, and stock continuity. Changing the wrong variable needlessly erodes your margin.

3. Assuming XML Manager will also send products to Hepsiburada. The tool works only with the Trendyol Product V2 API. An operations plan built on this expectation is blocked from the start.

4. Deciding a competitor changed strategy based on one measurement. One day's price may be due to a campaign or stock. A pattern shows up in a series spanning several weeks, not in a single snapshot.

Limitations: what does it not cover?

Applying these with awareness lets you set realistic expectations:

XML Manager does not transfer products to Hepsiburada. The only supported target is the Trendyol Product V2 API. Hepsiburada catalog operations remain in your own panel or with your integrator.

Hermes does not change prices automatically. It produces measurements and alerts; you make the price updates. The risks of automatic rules dynamic pricing we discussed in our article.

Competitors' internal data cannot be measured. Units sold, revenue, supply cost, and profit margin cannot be seen with any external tool. You only have price, stock, and ranking signals.

Measurement is not real-time. Scan frequency is hourly or daily depending on the subscription; a move made and reverted between two measurements may not be recorded.

The internal logic of Buy Box-like box decisions is closed to the outside. Who gets the box can be observed; how it is weighted cannot. The topic is covered in Buy Box and price tracking we discussed in our article.

Doing it with the tool

The limit of the Hepsiburada integration is simple: Hermes it measures and alerts; product transfer is out of scope. A setup that accepts this distinction from the start eliminates the time lost waiting for work the tool does not do, and keeps you focused on the real decision: pricing and visibility.

To start, list the products that carry most of your Hepsiburada revenue and your real competitors, then page or choose the plan that fits your scan frequency from the page. To see margin by channel, visit the ProfitPulse page to discuss setup. or request a page.
